By accessing this website or purchasing services from Breath to Awakening, Inc., you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Overview

Breath to Awakening, Inc. provides spiritual coaching, intuitive healing, breathwork guidance, Dragon energy work, and related services through individual sessions, group events, workshops, speaking engagements and online content.

These services are designed to promote personal growth, education, and energetic alignment. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Client Agreement

By engaging with any service, you agree to:

• Be open, respectful, and responsible for your personal experience

• Honor scheduled sessions by showing up on time and with readiness

• Seek licensed professionals for medical or psychological needs if applicable

• Understand that results are not guaranteed; your healing journey is uniquely your own
  
  

3. Payments, Refunds, Pricing & Discounts

• All sessions and products must be paid for in full at the time of booking or purchase  unless otherwise agreed (e.g. Payment Plan).

• Payment Plans are available.  You must contact Breath to Awakening, Inc. PRIOR to Booking.

• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party platforms (e.g. PayPal, Square).

• No refunds are issued for completed services.

• If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule your session within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

• Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited at the discretion of Breath to Awakening, Inc.

• All Pricing is Subject to Change at any time without notice.

• Any discounts offered are non-transferable and may not be applied to future bookings. Availability of discounts is determined at the discretion of Breath to Awakening, Inc.
  
  

4. Rescheduling Policy

I view our relationship with you as a mutual partnership.  Part of a mutual partnership is respecting each other’s time, thus, I  put every effort into ensuring scheduled bookings begin and end on time. Therefore, I  expect you to extend the same courtesy to me. 

If you need to reschedule:

• Provide at least 24 hours’ notice via email, the scheduling system or call/text to avoid forfeiting your session.

• One (1) reschedule is allowed per session unless otherwise agreed.

• After 30 days, unused sessions may expire.
  
  

If you foresee being late:

• Please call/ text 857-228-5253 OR email [email protected]

• If you arrive up to 10 minutes into the Booked time, the session will commence, but there will be no adjustment to the Booked time slot.

• If you are late by 11 minutes or more, the Booking may be rescheduled or forfeited at the discretion of Breath to Awakening, Inc.
  
  

If you are a No Show:

If you make no contact within the first 10 minutes of a scheduled Booking or do not show, you are considered a No Show.  The Booking may be rescheduled or forfeited at the discretion of Breath to Awakening, Inc.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal and spiritual information shared in sessions is confidential. Please refer to the full Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

Client experiences may be shared anonymously for teaching or testimonials only with your written permission.

6. Spiritual & Energetic Disclaimer

By participating in any session, workshop, or offering, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own energy, choices, and healing process

• These offerings are spiritual in nature and not licensed therapy or medical treatment

• Outcomes vary and are based on your unique path, participation, and readiness
  
  

7. Intellectual Property

All content shared through the website, sessions, workshops, speaking engagements, courses, downloads, and coaching materials is the intellectual property of  Breath to Awakening, Inc.. This includes:

• Logos, written text, audio, video, guides, PDFs, and spiritual teachings
  
  

You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any materials without express written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website or services to:

• Engage in harmful, harassing, or disruptive behavior

• Violate laws, infringe on copyrights, or exploit content

• Record or redistribute private sessions or content
  
  

9. Third-Party Links & Tools

My site may include links or integrations with third-party tools or websites (e.g., Google Meet, Google Calendar, Zoom), etc.. Use of those tools is subject to their own Terms and Privacy Policies.

By signing up for services or  mailing lists, you consent to receive occasional emails from me. You can unsubscribe anytime.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Updates will be reflected with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of this site and services signifies your acceptance of the latest version.

By purchasing a service, booking a session, or using the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
