LATE & NO SHOW POLICY

I view our relationship with you as a mutual partnership. Part of a mutual partnership is respecting each other’s time, thus, I put every effort into ensuring scheduled bookings begin and end on time. Therefore, I expect you to extend the same courtesy to me.

Late Policy:

If you foresee being late, I ask that you call/text 857-228-5253 immediately.
If you are running late and arrive up to 10 minutes into the Booked time, there will be no adjustment to the Booked time slot.
If you are late by 11 minutes or more, you will need to reschedule.

No Show Policy:

If you do not contact me within the first 10 minutes of a scheduled Booking and/or do not show, you are considered a no show. Rescheduling is at my discretion. If a rescheduled booking is not possible 50% of your payment will be non-refundable.

PAYMENT POLICY

When Do I Pay?

You must PAY IN FULL 24 HOURS PRIOR to the date(s)/time(s) of your Booking(s) unless another payment schedule has been agreed upon.

How Do I Pay?

All payments are done online via this website via the "Book With Me" tab unless another payment type has been agreed upon.

Are Payment Plans Available?

YES! Please contact me for details PRIOR to Booking.

Pricing & Discounts

All Pricing is Subject to Change at any time without notice.
Any and all discounts that may be provided are non-transferable and may not be provided again at the time of a new Booking at my discretion.

REFUND POLICY

Life Happens! I understand that there are things out of our control that have us needing to change plans, thus, I will do everything in my power to reschedule your Booking.

If it is more than 48 hours prior to your confirmed Booking and a reschedule booking is not possible, I will provide a 100% refund of the total cost paid for that session.

If it is 48 hours or less prior to your confirmed Booking and a reschedule booking is not possible, I will provide a 50% refund of the total cost paid for that session.

All approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the approval and will be credited back to the original payment type used.
